    济宁干部政德教育学院于2016年4月经山东省编办批复设立，为中共济宁市委直属事业单位，由中共济宁市委组织部代管，是山东省委组织部重点打造的特色干部教育培训基地之一。学院领导班子包括党委书记1名、院长1名、副院长2名。学院下设办公室、机关党建部（组织人事部）、教务部、培训部、对外交流合作部、教学研究部（政德研究中心）、后勤保障部等7个部室。学院共有编制50名，2017年在编人员20人。
