    完善知识产权服务体系，在工业企业集聚区新设4家知识产权服务（维权）工作站，新引进设立了2家专利代理机构，“12330”知识产权举报投诉与维权援助服务电话实现与“12345”市长热线的整合衔接。探索知识产权人才培养模式，知识产权首次纳入市委党校干部教育主体班次；实施知识产权品牌化服务机构培育暨知识产权培训计划，举办8期知识产权培训班次，培训各类知识产权从业人员1200余人次。强化知识产权宣传，围绕“加强知识产权保护运用，加快知识产权强国建设”的主题，开展“4·26”知识产权宣传周活动。
