    全年累计组织各项收入233.14亿元，其中市县级税收188.05亿元，居全省第5位，剔除“营改增”因素同比增长13.15%，增幅高于地税总收入增幅3.2个百分点，高于全市财政收入增幅4.15个百分点，高于同级国税部门地方级增幅31.65个百分点。市县级税收占总收入的比重82.59%，提高0.64个百分点，连续5年实现递升，全市财政收入结构持续优化。第三产业实现税收124.44亿元，占比53.36%，连续3年高于第二产业。
