    “谁主管谁监管、谁审批谁监管”、“双随机、一公开”等意见顺利出台，全面实施“双告知”制度、“双随机”抽查，与多部门实现信用信息互通互联，共公示市场主体各类信息1300余万条，推送有关信息12.5万条，抽查各类主体2.17万户，2100余户被列入异常名录。加大宣传和资金投入，全市企业、个体户和农民专业合作社公示率分别为95.75%、99.43%、99.56%，均列全省第2位。
