    开展“践行新理念、建功十三五”主题劳动竞赛活动，制定下发《济宁市总工会2016—2020年劳动和技能竞赛规划》，选树命名30名（个）“创新能手”“创新型班组”“职工技术创新竞赛示范企业”，10名“金牌职工”。开展2016年度职工职业技能大赛，249名优秀选手受到表彰奖励。开展劳模创新工作室创建活动，1家被命名为省级“劳模创新工作室”，15家被命名为市星级“劳模创新工作室”。举办两期全市企事业单位班组长素质提升培训班，培训班组长187名。联合市安监局下发《关于共同推进“查身边隐患、保职工安全、促企业发展”活动的通知》，召开现场推进会。
