    10月，发布济宁市应急指挥平台运行的通知，要求各县（市、区）、市直有关部门信息报送、值班表、应急预案和数据库系统等应急工作一律通过应急指挥平台模块报送，同时加强对应急值班人员的培训，做好设备维护工作，并持续推进平台会场和突发事件现场的联通工作。
