    市政府连续5年提高基础养老金标准，居民基本养老保险基础养老金最低标准提高到每月100元。为6000名困难、高龄、空巢老年人提供政府购买的居家养老服务，为1.25万名低保高龄老人发放每人每月100-200元高龄补贴，为2200名失能困难老年人发放每人每月不低于60元的护理补贴。市老龄办争取省级扶持资金72万元，扶持济宁市夕阳红老年公寓、萌山老年公寓等4个民办老年公寓；市级筹资13万元资助部分民办老年公寓，集中救助农村80岁以上失能、贫困老年人。“银龄安康工程”稳定推进，老年参加“老年人意外伤害组合保险”覆盖率达到35%。
