    制定《济宁市涉及影响民族团结群体性事件的应急预案》。9月份，召开全市民族关系分析研判暨城市民族工作会议，与会人员现场观摩任城区柳行社区、高新区后岗村等民族团结进步创建示范单位和民族特色村居，听取服务少数民族群众的经验、做法，总结近年来民族关系方面的相关情况，分析研讨以法治思维推动民族关系工作的新思路和新方法。
