境内电子专用设备生产始干70年代，其种类虽少，但成果较为突出。其中高压水汽氧化设备填补了国内空白，出展于亚太地区博览会；低压化学气相淀积(LPCVD)设备1983年获国家经委颁发的全国优秀新产品奖，1985年又被评为电子工业部和山东省优质产品；扩散炉式等离子体低压化学气相淀积(P-LPCVD)设备1983年获山东省重大科技成果二等奖，1985年又获国家科学技术进步三等奖。
