    （一）捕捉、猎捕国家重点保护野生动物资源保护管理
    二、凡市内驯养的野生动物，都不是直接由野外捕获，而是从外地引进的经驯
养而繁殖的后代动物，无人申请捕捉野生动物，也就不能收取猎捕野生动物的费用。
    三、经营利用管理费。
    由于各种原因，目前此项工作尚未开展。
