                           第二章 测绘生产

    建市以来，黄委、石油、国土、城建、水利、交通等部门先后组建为本部门服务
的测量队。同时，各部门不断加大测绘科技投入，提高作业能力。2002年12月，辖区
内所有测量队伍已全部完成从模拟测量向数字化测量的转变。
