    中心城最早绿化的道路是济南路。1982年，胜利油田在该路两侧栽植旱柳、
新疆杨2000余株。 2002年，对西城西二路等9条道路进行大规模绿化带改造，新
增绿地3.36万平方米。 2005～2009年，中心城道路新增绿地69.63万平方米、树
木1.6万余株。
