    过早的初霜即为秋霜冻，对晚秋作物成熟、冬小麦的苗期生长及棉花开
絮等都有不良影响。过晚终霜即春霜冻，对冬小麦生长发育不利，同时也影
响棉花、高粱等作物的适时播种或使其叶面受冻害。境内历史上曾发生多次
霜冻害，但近年来由于气温偏高，霜冻灾害减轻。
