    1988年，东营市卫生防疫站开始开展劳动卫生监督工作，到1996年底，
该站监督企业215户次。
    1997年， 东营市应监督企业109家， 实际监督18家， 合格8家；监测率
16.5%，合格率44.4%。
    2002年8月，东营市卫生防疫站与东营市安全监督管理局联合，开展监督
检查，检查企业35家，书写监督意见书34份，提出整改意见262条，责令整改
5家。
    2003年，东营市卫生防疫站监督检查企业25户次，发监督意见书25份，
提出整改意见102条。
