    2005年,全市共完成地方税收19.53亿元，比上年增收5.99亿元，增长44.22%，
完成市政府考核计划的120.18%， 高于全市地方财政收入增幅8.22个百分点，高
于全省地税收入增幅17.53个百分点， 增幅居全省地税第一位。地税收入占全市
GDP和地方财政收入的比重分别为3.1%、 51.79%，比上年分别提高0.41个百分点
和0.01个百分点， 地方税收对地方财政收入增收额的贡献率高达55.3%。全市地
税收入取得了三年翻一番的佳绩，收入规模、增收总额均创历史新高。
