    2005年，全市境内财政总收入55.53亿元，其中地方财政收入28.16亿元，占
预算的113.3%，增长36%。全市财政支出481955万元，占预算的136%，增长56.9%，
剔除中央拨付枣矿集团所属陶庄、 山家林两矿破产一次性补助76286万元后，增
长32%。 各级均实现了当年财政收支平衡，连续21年实现全市财政收支平衡，财
政收支进度、增长幅度、保障程度都是近几年最好水平，较好地保证了经济社会
发展需要。
