    全市继续实施“外向型”渔业发展战略，走“借水生财之路”，向广东、福
建、浙江、江苏、安徽等省转移网箱1200余只。至2005年底市内网箱总量控制在
2万只左右， 同比减少10％，其中投饵网箱2000只，同比减少10％；枣庄市已在
外部开发水域60万亩，投放网箱8000余只，产量2．6万吨，产值突破2亿元。
