    建国前，境内货郎收购的杂铜、锡、铅、废钢铁、苘麻绳、麻袋片、苘草鞋、长发、乱发，卖给
济南裕成号李炳环坐商、济宁马坊顺、滕县马坊志等店铺，做金属器具的加工原料和麻刀。废旧物资
由收购者自行随意销售。
    建国后，废旧物资销售均由省供销社下达调拨计划和销售价格，经营单位无权自行定价，随意销
售。
