    塘坝（亦称坑塘）多分布于山丘地带，均为自然村自行选址开挖，无放水洞，无渠系，主要靠人
工提水。1950年兴建12座，1962年发展到147座，至1985年全市共修建塘坝773座，库容2020万立方米。主
要用于农田抗旱点种用水。
