    1949年，枣庄市平均22人占有1亩有林地，林木蓄积量无有精确统计。“四旁”树木共有700万株，
平均每人5株， 1975年， 平均每人占有林地0.21亩，全市拥有活立木54.4万立方米，平均每人林木蓄积
0.22立方米，其中“四旁”树木蓄积42.96万立方米，平均每人0.17立方米，14.4株。到1985年，平均每
人占有林地0.22亩。全市拥有活立木155万立方米，平均每人占有0.55立方米，其中非林业用地上的树
木蓄积93.1万立方米，占总蓄积量的60％，平均每人0.33立方米。
