    本市渔船多为木帆船，机船很少。1964年全市拥有木帆船321只，载重吨位为740吨，其中滕县244
只。1976年木帆船达389只，总吨位766吨。1973年，全市仅有一只水泥机动船，10个吨位，12马力。1975
年机动渔船3只，35吨位，44马力。1981年机动渔船7只，83吨位，139马力。1985年，机动渔船6只，40吨
位，119马力。
    渔船分布，除大中型水库有部分作业外，大部在独山湖及少数河流中作业。
