    1980年以前，枣庄市没有专门公证机构，不办理民间公证和经济公证，只办理涉外公证。1962年
以前，枣庄市的涉外公证由济宁地区中级人民法院办理，1962年至1980年10月由枣庄市中级人民法院
办理。1980年12月枣庄市公证处成立，全市的涉外公证工作由枣庄市公证处办理。民间公证、经济公
证由区、县公证处按管辖范围办理。市、区、县公证处均属同级司法局领导和管理。市公证处负责全
市公证业务指导。
