    枣庄市的体育事业经费全部由国家拨款。1979年前由省体委下拨，1980年后实行地方经费包干切
块管理，市财政部门根据体委实际需要适当增减。除承办省级比赛，其经费由省体委拨给外，其他一
切经费均由市财政拨款，大型基建经费则由省、市共同拨款。
