    市外贸局按照外贸部颁发的《对外贸易统计制度》规定，分别编制月、季、年度出口商品收购统
计表，报山东省对外贸易局和市统计局。同时检查、分析计划执行情况，揭露存在问题，总结经验教
训，制定业务措施，改进业务工作，搞好企业经营管理。各外贸企业本身的统计管理，由企业计划财
务科按照外贸企业统计制度规定进行具体管理。
