    本市木材供应主要有原木、锯材和胶合板。货源以国家调拨外地材为主，以省内和当地材为辅。
外地材来源于黑龙江、吉林、辽宁、内蒙、云南、福建、江西、四川等省和部分进口材。
    1950年至1955年，木材由供销社经营。1956年至1963年7月，木材由商业部门经营。1963年8月至1985
年，木材由市物资部门经营。全市现有专业经营木材单位7个，共有职工269人。建国后，物资部门共
向社会提供木材40.5万立方米，价值8881万元。累计实现利润356.1万元。
