    按照“调整布局、完善网络、提高功能、提升管理”的网点建设总体思路，
分公司不断加大网点建设的工作力度，积极抢抓有利位置，合理布局、增建网点，
同时，加强对一些建设时间长，设备老化，存在安全隐患的加油站进行了全面改
造，投资1183万元对系统内19座加油站进行了改造和隐患治理工作。
