    东区：供热遵循政府承办、股份组合、市场运作、集中供热的原则。东区供
热一期工程总投资2600万元，按照股份制的运作形式，目前已完成选址、测绘、
设计，锅炉、管道考察，近期招投标开工建设，预计2006年11月初竣工使用。西
区： 2006年，增铺供暖管道200多米，进一步巩固和确保西区居民小区20多万平
方米集中供热和部分企业工业用气。
