    2006年， 全市地税系统共组织各项收入28.29亿元，增长44.86%，增收8.76
亿元， 高于全省地税收入平均增幅21.74个百分点，增幅居全省地税第二位。地
税收入占全市地方财政收入的比重为54%， 比上年提高2.21个百分点，地方税收
对地方财政收入增收额的贡献率高达60.38%。全市地税收入取得了三年翻一番的
佳绩，收入规模、增收总额均创历史新高。
