    杨际清（生卒年月不详）,字子会，号镜海，清独榜翰林。清胶州人。
    杨际清受业于济南泺源书院， 成绩卓著， 得匡源赏识， 举贡生。 清光绪二年
（1876年）中进士时，廷试榜首。因权贵所忌，名次排后，发生争议。后为其单设殿
试，独榜翰林，后任刑部主事，不久辞官，任济宁书院主讲。著有《古近体诗文》。
