    雾害严重危及青岛航海、航空、海洋捕捞、水产养殖以及港务、铁路、电业、仓
储的安全。青岛所有发生的恶性海难事故中, 有近80%是因海雾天气所致。如1975年6
月19日, 胶州湾内“马蹄礁”附近,因浓雾影响,能见度恶劣,造成一天内接连发生4起
碰船、触礁或搁浅的重大海损事故。1979年7月, 巴西一艘5万吨油轮,因海雾影响,在
胶州湾西部撞上黄岛油港码头,造成损失550余万元。
