    最早提出实行学生月票半价照顾是1965年, 但由于当时正实行交通补贴和车票的
调价,市内公共交通压力太大,车辆已不适应降价的需要,未能实行。1988年,学生月票
正式发行, 分为市内(4元)和市郊(5元)两种,为贴有持用者照片的板式月票。1990年1
月1日月票票价再次调整时,学生月票价格未变。
