    青岛市有大沽河、 胶莱河两大水系及沿海诸河。流域面积大于100平方公里的河
流有34条， 流域面积大于10平方公里的河流有272条，均为季风雨源型河流。其发育
和分布多受地形地貌制约。除大沽河（青岛境内段）、胶莱河、桃源河、流浩河、现
河等少数河道属平原河道外，其他均位于山丘区，属季节性河流。其特点是自成流域
体系，源短流急，单独入海，汛期河水暴涨，汛后基本断流。绝大多数河道南流汇入
胶州湾或黄海，唯北胶莱河北流注入莱州湾。
