    青岛盐区的海产养殖，始于1983年，是利用盐田储水设备的海水水面或靠盐场另
虾池进行的。这是盐业生产继盐化工生产之后又开拓的第三条生产线。1989年有对虾
养殖面积9990亩， 对虾产量708.33吨，1986～1989年共盈利1088.36万元。海产养殖
已发展成为盐业生产中的重要支柱产业之一，行业增值显著。
