  二氯乙烷  1970年， 青岛6407部队化工厂采用酒精为原料开始生产，当年生产360
吨。1977年因酒精短缺而停产，累计生产1009吨。
    三氯甲烷  俗称氯仿。1973年，青岛吴家村化工厂投产，生产能力很小。1977年，
青岛四方化工厂投产， 年产能力300吨。1982年，吴家村化工厂停止生产。1986年，
青岛四方化工厂停止生产。两厂累计生产960吨。
