    青岛石油化工厂1967年开始生产软化重油，生产工艺为将常减压蒸馏所得的重油
组分，经加工软化而成。当年生产2吨，翌年增至361吨，后生产能力逐步提高，历史
最高年产量是1989年的4610吨，1990年生产3420吨。
    另外，该厂1970年开始批量生产燃料渣油，该产品用作工业锅炉和取暖炉燃料，
是沥青生产原料，其产品产量随该厂沥青生产而定。
