    粘胶纤维  1972年的正品率为54.36%， 一等品率仅为9.93%。经过厂房扩建，设
备更新换代，技术力量不断充实，1980年产品正品率达到99.88%，超过同期全国化纤
行业正品率98.40%的水平; 一等品率为97.54%。1981年，“雪花”牌中长纤维获山东
省优质产品奖。
    锦纶长丝  1977年开始生产时， 正品率仅为12.65%，一等品率为1.76%。1980年
经采取措施后，产品质量显著提高，正品率达99.45%，一等品率达91.85%。
    丙纶长丝  1983年正品率为84.48%，  一等品率为43.22%。  1984年分别提高到
96.70%和79.53%。1985年达98.94%和85.73%。
    涤纶长丝  1985年投产初期，为保证产品质量稳定，青岛化学纤维厂攻关小组严
格检查考核。1988年正品率为98.33%，一等品率为91.15%。同年，75.6(分特)涤纶牵
伸丝被评为青岛市优质产品，150D/30F和100D/24F涤纶长丝和低弹丝被评为青岛市优
秀新产品。
