    1973年， 区属街道企业青岛电筒厂开始试制手电筒，年产塑料皮手电筒5～10万
个。1979年之前，产品由青岛百货批发站收购包销。由于产品质量差，销路不好，造
成积压，1979年后，百货批发站不再收购包销，由厂家自找市场，困难更大。1980年
仅产2万个，1981年停产。
