    青岛解放后，出于国防建设的需要，以及朝鲜战争的爆发，在一段时间内，外国
侨民只准出，不准进。对遗留下来的外国侨民，逐步疏散。1951～1956年间，先后疏
散外国侨民300多人，分别安置在上海、天津、济南等城市。
