    日本投降后，根据南京国民政府的指令，对在青岛的日侨、日俘和韩(朝)侨、日
军韩(朝)籍战俘以及德侨、苏侨进行了一次大规模的遣反。青岛解放后，大部分外侨
自愿出境、内迁，一部分外侨依法改变了国籍。1954年，中国政府应苏联政府的请求
“遣返苏侨以从事国内经济建设”，青岛市亦遣送了市内苏联侨民。
