    为加强海防守备，驻青陆军和海军根据中央军委和总参谋部的命令，从１９５０
年起，对设防岛屿分别派出部（分）队长期驻守。广大干部战士坚持“以岛为家，同
守共建”，在完成部队各项任务的同时，主动抽出大批人力、物力、财力，支援驻岛
“两个文明”（物质文明、精神文明）建设。
