    从1984年11月至1986年, 青岛市红十字会与中共青岛市委老干部局合办青岛市老
年人大学,设卫生保健、老年体育、营养、园艺、书法、绘画、摄影7个专业。学制两
年,主要招收市区离退休干部,每年招收500人左右。1986年后由市委老干部局负责。
