市14 000名学生。会议总结解放后5个月的学运工作,学生代表介绍了学运经验。大会
通过《青岛市学联组织章程》、《青岛市学生运动当前任务》,指出当前主要任务是:
团结广大同学, 为建设新青岛而努力。大会选举产生青岛市学生联合会。刘卓被选为
市学联主席。
