    1985年5月3～5日召开, 161名青年代表出席会议。市委副书记孙炳岳出席会议并
讲话。全会讨论通过《青岛市青年联合会章程》。会议通过《团结全市各族各界青年,
为统一祖国,实现四化,振兴青岛贡献青春》的工作报告。高喜良当选为主席,夏国洪、
刘举平、赵雪芳、于绍泉当选为副主席。1986年8月, 在市青联五届二次全委会上,增
补亢清泉为青联主席,张泽忠、余洁为副主席。
