    1962年6月28日召开,468名代表出席会议。会上,听取青岛市委书记处书记王卓青
的报告,传达全国青联第四届委员会第一次会议精神,讨论审议民主青联第二届委员会
的工作报告, 讨论修改《青岛市青年联合会章程》。并决定青岛市民主青年联合会改
为青岛市青年联合会。丛林当选为主席, 陆光庭、金宝兴、马绪涛、王世臣、朱琼当
选为副主席。
