    1953年，国家进入国民经济建设时期，民建青岛分会根据民建总会第二次扩大会
议精神，号召会员面向生产，面向业务，积极参加国家经济建设。召开座谈会，了解
劳资关系中存在的问题，教育会员依靠工人阶级搞好生产，提高质量，降低成本，开
展物资交流，为工农业生产和人民生活服务。在民建会员推动下，私营印染、纺织行
业改进技术设备后，次布率由6.8％降为2％，甲等布由56％提高为80％，私营商业营
业额逐月上升。
