    防洪设施养护，只包括建成区的河道沟渠的河堤加固和护岸，小面积的砌垒、修
补，以及改造短距离的沟段及清挖淤泥。养护手段一直采用铁锨、铁镐和筐子等简易
工具作业，20世纪60年代后逐渐使用机械设备运送工料和淤泥。1962~1985年间，共
清淤87097立方米，砌筑护岸32321平方米。
