    1958年以前，济南市未设渔业生产专门管理机构。1959年11月，济南市畜牧水产
局成立。 1960年5月该局撤销，同时成立济南市水产局。1961年水产局撤销，又成立
畜牧水产局。 1962年9月该局撤销，水产业务划归市第二商业局负责。1979年改由市
多种经营办公室负责。1980年，再度成立济南市水产局，下设办公室和水产技术推广
站。1983年，水产局与农业局、畜牧局、农机局合并成立济南市农牧渔业局，其业务
由该局的水产技术推广站负责。
