    本年章丘县韦陀(今刁镇田野)秀才杨朝纲赴县署，吁请革除田赋征收“见厘成分
,见勺成合,见合成升”,只进不舍的陋规积弊。不准遭斥,革秀才。杨上控山东抚院无
音讯,全家外逃,进京继续控告。至1877年,清政府始宣布“分厘分明,合勺分明,升合
分明”的规定。
