  农历二月清政府命杜督办山东民团,在济南设立团局。
    7月18日山东火药局爆炸,济南城垣震坍十数丈,多处房屋倒塌,死伤4000余人。
1860年(清咸丰十年)
    9月章丘东南乡关六等里民团翟秀喜、崔际元等5000余人,进城围县署,要求减征
漕粮。
    农历十一月为支应军费,当局以捐饷增加山东乡试中额和历城、章丘等22州县学
额。
