    工运史志研究工作主要包括：工人运动历史研究，承编《山东省志·工人团体志》，
编纂 《山东工会年鉴》 及向上级有关业务部门提供山东工人运动和工会工作史料。
1980年，山东省总工会根据全国总工会的要求，开始部署山东工人运动史志研究工作。
经十几年工作，搜集了大量资料，并进行深入细致研究，取得多项研究成果。
